No lice

A closed cage eliminates salmon lice, which results in healthier fish, faster growth and lower costs – without the need for delousing.

Sludge collection

Collection of sludge reduces environmental impact and open for new value chains. This contributes to better use of resources.

Stable water quality and temperature, rich amounts of oxygen and a minimum of disturbance create optimal conditions for the fish. A fish that thrives grows faster and stays healthy.

Steel as construction material gives a solid, lasting and strong foundation. It is also competitive on cost, compared to alternatives.

Use of steel is well-known in maritime constructions. It has documented qualities, and there are large industrial capacities for building, maintenance and recycling. The weight makes it a stable working platform in rough weather.

It also benefits from a life cycle perspective, due to long lifespan which reduces risks for both investors and operators.
